A voluntary Trouble Fund to support participating members during hardship, illness, bereavement, accidents, and desperate need.
The Welfare/Trouble Fund is currently a voluntary member mutual-aid arrangement. Contributions are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations. Participation does not guarantee payment, insurance coverage, a loan, or a contractual right to benefits. Assistance remains subject to eligibility, available funds, conflict review, and authorized approval.
NTOCUDA DIASPORA USA is organizing as a Maryland nonprofit corporation and intends to apply to the Internal Revenue Service for recognition under Section 501(c)(3). The organization has not yet received an IRS determination letter. Nothing on this website should be understood as tax advice or as a guarantee that a payment or contribution is tax-deductible.

- Reviewers with a personal or family interest in a request must recuse themselves.

- Records are maintained by the Financial Secretary and Secretary General.

Assistance requests are reviewed privately by the Executive Leadership and Finance Officer. Sensitive member circumstances are treated with dignity and care.
