Official Communication Policy
- All official communications must be in writing.
- Verbal communication does not constitute official organizational decision-making.
- Communications between NTOCUDA DIASPORA USA and NTOCUDA Cameroon must go through the Liaison Officer unless otherwise authorized in writing.
- Records must be archived by the Secretary General or Board Secretary depending on the nature of the record.
